To gradually integrate intuition through prayer and spirituality, you need to shift how you see yourself and the world. This is only possible with the right mindset—a good mindset—that opens you to the invisible world (beyond our usual senses) while keeping reason and reliable, proven anchors.
The right mindset is a spiritual one.
But not spiritual in a religious sense, not New Age, not philosophical or etymological.
Spiritual in the logic of the mind: it’s not disembodied.
On the contrary, it’s the meeting of mind and body, invisible and visible, theory and practice, observation and action.
That’s where true spirituality lies—the one that acts.
Everything else is nonsense.
You must build a positive mindset that lets you:
Assess without judging
Challenge without condemning
Accept without submitting
Ask without demanding
Praise without idolizing
Observe without giving up
Act without forcing
Prayer lifts us out of ourselves, leads to deep self-questioning, and renews our view of the world and ourselves.
All for a constructive purpose—for others and for us.
