Preserve your health

Our method for maintaining, monitoring, and diagnosing your own health is based on intuitive self-massages.

Massages are a very common tool in the field of health and well-being.In fact, intuitive massages can serve several purposes:

Relax the body
Improve energy flow
Stimulate certain actions
Spot potential problems
Maintain the body over the long term

Usually, massages are performed by professionals using specific methods and techniques on very precise areas of the body. This is the case, for example, in traditional Chinese medicine or for athletes’ recovery.

In contrast, IntuitioLab offers a purely intuitive self-massage method that you do yourself.

There are no strict rules to follow—everyone massages according to their own feelings and intuition. We simply provide a few common-sense tips to avoid accidentally hurting yourself.

Light and gentle massages

The first rule for intuitive massages is to use light and careful touches that only gently press on the body, so as not to mark or injure it.These are kind and gentle massages that caress the body without being aggressive.

Wash your hands before massaging

It’s important to thoroughly wash your hands before starting, and to avoid any chemical or harsh products, especially near sensitive areas.

Areas of the body involved

There are no specific areas to avoid—the whole body can be massaged—but you should be very careful and use extremely light touch on more sensitive spots, such as around the eyelids and eyes.

From there, you can massage any part of your body, always taking care not to press too hard and gently stroking the areas you want to stimulate.

This could include the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, belly, legs, feet, etc.—anywhere you feel your body would benefit from gentle, caring touch.

The areas to massage depend entirely on your own feelings and intuition.

Duration of the massage

A massage on one area rarely lasts more than a minute and can be repeated several times a day.

A full session can last 10 to 20 minutes if you want to cover several areas.

Massage technique

Again, the technique is based on your own intuition: you can use one or more fingers (this may vary depending on the area), or your hands (palms and fingers) to massage larger areas without pressing too hard.

It’s up to you to develop your own method based on what feels best and most beneficial, while always treating your body with the greatest care.

A hygiene practice for body and mindWe recommend doing intuitive massages very regularly—several times a week if possible.

It’s a special moment of care and relaxation that you give to your own body, which also calms the mind by releasing feel-good sensations.

It also allows regular and thorough monitoring of your physical body, which is the foundation of your well-being and health.

If you notice a lump or unusual painIf one day you feel a lump or unusual pain in an area you regularly massage, talk about it with people around you and, if you think something isn’t normal, contact a medical professional. You can also look up information using AI to learn more. It’s important to act quickly when something seems off and to get help from a specialist.

Massages and showering

It’s also a good idea to do massages during your shower or bath: it helps you relax even more. You can gently use the water stream to massage certain areas that need it, always following your intuition and being careful.

Massaging to reduce stress

Intuitive massages are a special moment to lower stress and regain the physical and psychological well-being essential for balance.

It’s a time of calm and recharge for yourself, where you can push away negative or repetitive thoughts by focusing on your immediate well-being.

Some of the many benefits of intuitive massages (in no particular order):

Relaxing muscles, tightening the skin, reducing wrinkles, stimulating hormones, improving blood flow in small vessels, easing physical pain, reducing stress, refocusing on what matters, controlling breathing, improving energy flow, rebalancing the body, helping with certain ailments, spotting potential issues, maintaining the body, maintaining overall health, and much more.
