{"id":2127,"date":"2025-08-10T15:11:28","date_gmt":"2025-08-10T13:11:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/intuitiolab.com\/3www\/?page_id=2127"},"modified":"2026-01-14T16:18:42","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T15:18:42","slug":"starts-coacing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/intuitiolab.com\/3www\/solve-your-problems\/coaching-sheet\/starts-coacing\/","title":{"rendered":"\ud83d\udd34 STARTS COACHING"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3740\" title=\"Solve your problems and achieve new goals with intuitive coaching\" src=\"https:\/\/intuitiolab.com\/3www\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/intuitio-lab-solve-your-problems-01.png\" alt=\"Solve your problems and achieve new goals with intuitive coaching\" width=\"1536\" height=\"&quot;1024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What do you expect from this coaching?<br \/>\nWhat do you expect from this method?<br \/>\nHow much time are you giving yourself to actually reach your goal?<br \/>\nAre you sure you want to succeed?<br \/>\nWhat might make you give up and stop the coaching?<\/p>\n<p>To properly define the coaching goals<br \/>\nA clear goal is essential for coaching success.<\/p>\n<p>Two steps:  <\/p>\n<p>Find the coaching goal(s).<br \/>\nValidate the coaching goal(s).<\/p>\n<p>Each step has its own questions.<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Finding the goal  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pinpoint the problem: <\/p>\n<p>What exactly is the problem?<br \/>\nFocus on action: What do you want to change?<br \/>\nFocus on the result: What would the opposite of the current situation look like?<br \/>\nLook for role models: Are there people who have succeeded at this?<br \/>\nUnderstand what works: How did they do it?<br \/>\nOpen your own toolbox: What skills do you already have for this?<br \/>\nDo more of what works: What can you do more of that you already know how to do?<br \/>\nUse your imagination: If you had already reached the goal\u2026 what would you be doing?<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Validating and checking the goal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Validate:<\/p>\n<p>The goal should be something you can express in a sentence like: \u201cWhat I want is\u2026\u201d<br \/>\nReaching this goal must depend first and foremost on you.<\/p>\n<p>Check that the goal is:<\/p>\n<p>Measurable<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 How will you know you\u2019ve reached it?  Contextual<br \/>\n\u2022 Where, when, how, and with whom will you achieve it?  Appropriate and functional<br \/>\n\u2022 What are the advantages and disadvantages of reaching this goal?  Realistic and achievable<br \/>\n\u2022 Do you have the resources you need to reach it?
